Training we Offer

We take students that have varying levels of scheduling experience and put them thru a 4 week course going over the scheduling software and how it operates, up to building fully integrated schedules that are updated and modified to represent what an project life cycle goes thru from Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and finally closure.

This program will incorporate the major sections of any Project training starting with Project Plans, and going thru Cost, Schedule, Quality , Communication and Safety Plans. Review Templates that can be used in any industry for tracking cost or schedule changes along with Lesson's Learned exercises to help round out employees working in Projects.

The Quality Assurance training Program covers off pressure and non-pressure auditing that contractors and owners can use while building their plans for future projects and monitor thru out the life cycle of the Project. Introduction to Power apps for conducting punch list meetings to ensure all documentation has been supplied and audited
