We brought our Project Management experience to get the Project on track with their costing and PCN management of change. Build their first ever Fully Integrated and Levelled Primavera schedule. We identified the risk and managed found scope with 25% scope increase from Scope Freeze to Execution phase.

Brought in to assist the existing team and found many improvements with the schedule and the interface with the other teams that supplied the inputs to the scheduling data. Ended up Taking over the lead Role and supporting multiple sites with procedure development and scheduling standards
