We are a Project Management Specialists group offering Subject Matter Experts and we follow a PMBOK designed system for top quartile results .We build and execute Project Plans or hand over to another team at point of execution. We have built many Projects that can be suspended until the approved execution date. We also offer single position resourcing to complement your existing teams.

We have a great training model for anyone going into projects or who want specialize in Scheduling or costing one of our goals is to engage the local First Nation Communities to get members  into office positions where they can excel and get Project experience knowledge to go forward into the  industry as leaders and carry this to future generations

Vi Lewis Project Control's specialist - I have seen a team of 15-20 people grow together over the past 7 years in this group and after every Project grow our Lessons Learned platform so we can reach that next Level . We have arrived !
